Also, in Serbia, a German NGO Help &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. which provides, among other things, socio-economical support programs i development of micro-enterprises. After lengthy negotiations, three sides have signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the realization of the mutual project, dealing with youth employment in the area of agriculture.
