Help to the old and powerless people in the mountain villages

Thanks to Banca Intesa Belgrade, we  realized a quick humanitarian action in which we have shared 70 packages to the most endangered old people.
Other than financial support, volunteers from the bank were involved in the action. On the beginning the packages were given to the group of mobile old people, while on the following days packages were given to users in a few distant villages.
The packages were made out of 2 parts:
– food: with the basic supplies and durable canned, products adapted to the life age of the users (sugar, salt, sardine, soups, noodles, rice, teas, coffee, paste, grits…
– sanitary: basic household “chemicals” (laundry detergent, dish detergents, tissues, sponges, sanitary and glass detergents..)
The packages were formed in quantities enough for basic one/two months lasting necessities of one or two-member elderly households.
