“Social Impact Award” is the largest student competition on the theme of social entrepreneurship in Europe. The competition allows students to win a starting capital of 1,500 € for starting a social enterprise and support of experienced mentors and experts in this field.
Association Kamenica provides active support to the implementation of Kick-Off workshop in Nis. We are also participating as educators so we could transfer our experiences and encourage students from Nis to start their own social enterprises.
Kick-off workshops are just the beginning of the program during which, in April 2016 a competition will be announced where students could submit ideas for launching social enterprises. From the received ideas, the jury will select 8 finalists who will go through an intensive three-month incubation program for developing of their idea and get mentors who will work with them.
After three months, in September, 4 winners will be chosen. The prize for the winners will be an international conference in Vienna with the winners from all over Europe and the initial capital in the amount of 1,500 € .
“Social Impact Award” in Serbia is realized by Razlivalište organization, in cooperation with Coca Cola Hellenic, ERSTE Bank, ERSTE Stiftung and Impact Hub, with the support of B92 Foundation, Danilo Kiš foundation and numerous other partners.
