In the effort to clean up the favorite resorts of Nis, this action was attended by over 50 volunteers – employees in Erste Bank, the Municipality of Pantelej, Stevan Sindjelic Elementary School and the Association for Local Development Kamenica.
Our volunteers were joined by a group of about 20 hikers, meaning that at one point there were over 70 of us.
Thanks to the hardworking volunteers and conscientious hikers, we have succeeded in one day clean and mow three picnic sites and restore the picnic furniture on them, in order to prepare them for the large number of hikers throughout the year.
The action was organized by our association with financial support from Erste Bank and technical assistance from the municipality of Pantelej.
